1. Service Agreement

By booking our pet aquamation services, you enter into an agreement with Ripple Pet Aquamation. We agree to provide aquamation services for your beloved pet with the utmost care, dignity, and professionalism.

  • Services are provided subject to availability
  • All bookings must be confirmed by our team
  • Service fees must be paid as per the agreed terms
  • Special requests should be communicated at the time of booking

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services may be made through various methods as specified at the time of booking:

  • Full payment is required before service commencement unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Payment plans may be available upon request and approval
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled collection are eligible for full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection may incur a cancellation fee
  • Once the aquamation process has begun, refunds are not available
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Service Standards

We are committed to providing the highest standard of service:

  • All pets are treated with dignity and respect throughout the process
  • We maintain strict identification procedures to ensure your pet's remains are correctly identified
  • The aquamation process is carried out by trained professionals
  • We follow all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Your pet's remains will be returned in a temporary container unless you have selected an urn

5. Collection and Delivery

Our collection and delivery service is subject to the following terms:

  • Collection times are arranged at booking and are approximate
  • We require access to collect your pet from the specified location
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances
  • Signature is required upon delivery for security purposes

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to provide excellent service:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations
  • Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Ripple Pet Aquamation and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
