This post is for my behalf of my best mate Cino, who passed away on the 19th of February 2023. Luca and his family personally collected my best friend Cino. It was a very tough time for me. Luca was sensitive and understanding during the whole process as I was a little unsure which direction to go in my final wishes for Cino. There compassion and support was amazing. I felt Cino was treated in a really respectful manner. Luca responded to all my questions and requests and did everything I had asked. He now resides in a beautiful urn which will stay with me through house moves. It was never going to be easy to say goodbye to my best mate, but I'm glad I went with Ripple. Highly recommend this personalised service. PS, I recently said goodbye to my foster cat "Sugar"and Ripple were able to match the type and colour of urn so that my 2 little buddies can sit together. Updated Review (5 More Stars) We never thought we'd be writing another review so soon, but we lost our darling Roxy unexpectedly 8 weeks after our beautiful Jackson. Another huge thank you to Jo and Luca for being so kind and compassionate. Thank you Jo for understanding my blabbering phone call first thing in the morning. Thank you Luca for collecting Roxy from our home. The bed in the back of the van was a beautiful touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ripple Pet Aquamation to anyone. Thank you again x This has taken me a little while to write, but I cannot speak highly enough of Jo and Luca at Ripple. After a frantic google search at 1am just in case our beloved Jackson didn't make it, I came across Ripple. The reviews said it all. We unfortunately lost our beautiful Jackson that morning and when the vet spoke about aftercare I was so thankful I'd done that last minute search. Between the emergency vet in Yokine and Ripple, my husband and I didn't have to do a thing. A txt message later that morning from Ripple was so kind and caring, we instantly knew that Jackson was in good hands. Thank you Jo and Luca. You made one of our worst days just that little bit easier and we cannot thank you enough.

Thank you so much to Luca, Jo, Jessi & all at Ripple. We cannot praise you guys enough! Our beloved dog Ruby passed away suddenly a few days before Christmas. Your care & compassion was amazing. You made a very sad & stressful time so much easier to deal with as you sorted everything out for us. We love that she's back home with us now. Thank you from the Harris family.

These guys were amazing support at such a sad time. They made the process very easy, seem less and compassionate. They also offer great options of remeberance and there services are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them...you won't find a better service for your pet.

Our beautiful boy Leo left us after a short illness, it was an extremely traumatic and devastating time. We called Ripple and they were very accommodating in meeting us to take care of Leo. Luca and his team were professional but caring and I am more than happy that we went with aquamation instead of cremation. The wooden urn that we chose is lovely and excellent quality for the price along with all the thoughtful memorabilia we received. Thank you once again Luca and the team at Ripple

Luca and the crew at ripple Pet Aquamation We're the most amazing caring and compassionate people I've ever met. After saying goodbye to our fur baby Daisy. Luca was there to help and support us though our difficult time. When he arrived , he said to take as much time as we like and he will stay by our side untill we were ready. I can't thank you all enough for the support you have given myself and my wife. And thank you for looking after our baby girls. And bringing her home safe to us.

Thank you to Luca and the Ripple team for their services. We chose Ripple as we read the detailed information about the aquamation process on their website and felt this was a better option for us than traditional cremation due to the natural process it follows and the smaller environmental impact. I felt that the staff I came into contact with when collecting our boy from our home and bringing him back were polite and empathetic. I gave 4 stars as when the staff collected our boy I would have appreciated them taking the time to place him properly in the centre of the carrying sling and covering him prior to walking him outside to the car. They were also slightly late which meant I needed to check in with Luca to find out their ETA both at collection and when dropping off the ashes. This doesn't bother me too much but I feel notice of this would have been preferable rather than needing to follow it up myself. Perhaps the staff who are attending in person can have the client contact to allow for easier client communication. Further, I think it could be slightly more professional having staff wear a uniform or branded shirt as it was slightly confusing when the young men arrived as to if they were from Ripple due to them wearing casual everyday clothing. This aside, we were very grateful for your services and would recommend Ripple to others.

Our greyhound, Max, left us after a short, traumatic illness and we decided to try the service offered by Ripples in order to reduced environmental impact that would be caused by cremation. I am so glad we did. Luca was so caring, so kind and compassionate. I felt Luca cared about both myself and Max and that, to Luca, Max was more than "just another job"; Luca cared about treating Max with dignity. I really cannot sing the praises of Luca and Ripple Aquamation enough. Thank you Luca for your understanding and compassion we I needed it most.
